Simdash buttons and leds
« on: July 15, 2017, 05:51:47 pm »
Hello,
I am new to this electronics building stuff so i'm sorry if my questions are stupid.
I got the buttons and the wires with the simdash but the buttons' pins are much wider than the ones on the wires, so how should i connect them?

My second question: I wonder if it is possible to assign two functions to one led? For example i want some of my rev lights to blink when i hit the pit limiter.

Thanks

Cristiano

Hello.
The connectors on the wires won't fit the buttons.
you can remove the connectors and some insulation from the wires and twist the copper around the button's contact.

Regarding the leds, what controller are you using to drive them? The Pro-Shift? The JC-LED?

Regards
Cristiano
