• There is a new type of data available and it is the RPM expressed in %. this allows you to configure the shift light/gear indicator using % instead of absolute RPM. So when you change the car you don’t have to change the RPM value of the shift light. Rpm % can be used with the SPI-D, GI Max, GI Pro, Pro Shift and SimScreen. It is supported by all the simulators that can display the "Max RPM" data item.
• The SimScreen now displays Memory usage, network usage, volume settings. Load and temperature of every CPU/core can be displayed if CoreTemp is installed and started before SImDash or the SimScreen Editor.
• The GI Max and GI Pro configuration screens have been changed a little, added a couple new settings.
• It is now possible to connect more SimScreens at the same time and display different designs on each of them.
• There is a new firmware for the Pro Shift. If you use the new version the Pro Shift will be seen by Windows as an USB Game Controller with 4 buttons available which can be assigned functions in the game. The other functionalities of the Pro Shift will remain the same.

What’s new in SimDash 1.3.2:

• Support to the new Pro Shift LEDs controller.
• Partial support (doesn’t work in every situation) to Test Drive Unlimeted.
• The SimScreen Editor now allows you to assign Layers to the objects being edited. If a layer is hidden, all the objects assigned to it are not displayed by the editor.
• The Image Widget in the SimScreen Editor not supports a new mode called Threshold. In Threshold mode an animated GIF display the first or second frame based on a logic condition expressed on a reference value. More details in the SimScreen Editor page.

This version of SimDash comes with a proper installer. Extract the content of the downloaded ZIP file and start set.exe

The Grid plugin has been updated: the Current Lap Time, Last Lap Time, Best Lap Time, Brake level, Throttle level and Lap Number values are now available for the SimScreen.

The firmware of the SimScreen has been updated to fix a bug. The new version is available in the Download page, with the instructions for the upgrade.

Still for the SimScreen, its configuration screen has some new features to display the designs in sequence, without pressing the buttons.

New features of this release:

• Support for the new SimScreen SS-01 dsplay.
• The IRacing plugin now works with the IWrap and iRSP proxies. Iracing only allow one application to read its in-game data and this creates a problem when trying to use hardware/software from different vendors. Now all the application supporting there two proxies can work together at the same time.
• The shift light feature of the GI Max, GI Pro and SPI-D displays now can be configured so the display blinks (of the shift light switches on for the SPI-D) in synch with the shift light in the game. This function doesn’t work with every simulator or every car. Check in this spreadsheet which simulators support the Shift Light function.
• The SimDash user interface has slightly change. The application can now be minimized to the system tray.
• Other minor improvements and bug fixing.

SimDash 1.2 supports the new SPI-D digital speedometer and three more simulators:

• STCC The Game
• Race Driver Grid
• Arca Sim Racing

The Rev Burner, GI Pro and GI Max have been reviewed by the guys at InsideSimRacing.tv, episode 75 and got a fantastic score: 10!
