Title: Proshift and Rev Burner stopped working

I have a strange one. I have done some work on my SIM and now my rev burner is detected by windows as a unknown device with a error code 43, device has stopped because it reported a malfunction. Also my proshift has stopped working. It is detected fine and Simdash says it's connected but when I go to configure none of the LEDs light up and it doens't actually function. I've checked there are no crossed wires on LEDs anywhere but still nothing. Please help :(

Oh I should also add that the GImax and SPI-D are still woking fine.

What type of work have you done on your sim?

have tried disconnecting everything but the rev burner and see if it works?
have you got a second computer you can use to test the boards?

I basically pulled everything apart and just tidied it up, mounted LED, tidied up wires etc so nothing major.
i have tried unplugging everything but no difference. i even tried restoring my PC still no go and yes I did try on another PC. The Proshift still has the same issue but the Rev Burner isnt even recognised as being plugged in on the other PC. not sure whats gone on, Played last night with just the SPI-D and GI max and both still fine.

I would try to flash the rev burner with its firmware.

Hi, tried that already but didn't work. I guess because the computer cant recognise it as a device it cant do anything with it. Also my burner doesnt have a jumper on it as per the pic so I just joined the two holes wheree I guess the jumper should be. Still no go.

you have to disconnect the usb cable, join the two hole and reconnect the usb cable.
the rev burner should now be in "upgrade firmware" mode.

Can you also try a different USB cable.
Sometimes the problem is there

Yup did that, tried another USB cable also. And tried another cable for the Proshift as well, neither helped.
My order number is 553, received about 22nd May.

My proshift has stopped workng, or atleast half of it has. Zone 1 and 2 work fine but the rest has stopped. Don't even show any lights in the configureation screen. I have upgraded the firmware, tried connecting the LEDs that work on Zone 1 to the other zones and tried different USB calbes and ports but still only Zone 1 and 2 work. I'm not having much luck at the moment.
