Title: How do I have to read this ciruit?
Post by: undifined1 on January 21, 2012, 02:02:33 pm
Hello, I want to use a e28 dashboard to use with rev burner,

I found this:

Does this mean I have to connect the ground to Connector C2 Pin 19, The power supply to connector C1 pin 7, the speed input to connector C2 pin 10 and the tacho input to Connector C1 pin 8?

Here is complete sheme for cluster (page 37,38,39,40,41 & 184) https://rapidshare.com/files/3222497946/BMW_E28_1985.pdf
I think you need to connect more + & - from the dashboard to would work well, maybe I am mistaken  ;)

thank you, But how many pins did you use in order to get the rev counter and the speedometer working on your e36 cluster?
Maybe I go for a e36 cluster too, But I like the old 80's stile e30 and e28 clusters more.
