Hi Christiano,
I updated my simscreen with your firmware and it works fine, until I shut down my PC and power it off.
Next time I power on again, sim screen is only glooming (without the welcome picture on it) and simdash is asking me to upgrade the sim screen firmware again. After
doeing so, simscreen is running fine again until the next unpowering.
Is the screen damaged or did I something wrong?

I don't think you did anything wrong.
the first revision of the simscreen (the one you have) in some cases had various problems with the firmware and I had to redesign it, using different components.
the new version works perfectly and no problems have been reported so I suppose the easiest thing to do is me to replace your simscreen with the newer version. when I will receive your display back I will investigate what the actual problem is.
