Title: Please Help... Lost!

Hello folks, I bought the wheel plate shown below months ago and after getting to work once, I can not longer get this to work in GSC, iRacing, GTR, etc.  Please anyone can offer me help I would really appreciate it.

Or a link to a setup guide. I'm running Win 7 and G25.

You E-mailed us and we have replied, Im a bit confused as to why you have posted here and why you left it months to contact us? Please, we are very willing to help you, but you have to talk to us :) The problem will be with the software, E.K. Simracings software is that easy to use...
