Title: Help Cristiano
Post by: Eduardo Moreira on April 25, 2013, 04:26:55 pm
Hi Cristiano. I has a Pro-Race and a Pro-Race Button Adapter. I made a custom F1 Wheels for my G27 with encoders and push buttons. My problem is: the pro race do not recognize the encoders and buttons anymore. The other Pro-Race´s functions are ok.
Is there any way to know which component is the problem: in Pro-Race or Pro-Race Adapter?

Sorry my English.

Eduardo.

hello.
that's very strange.

have you tested the rotary/buttons in WIndows, in the Control PAnel -> Game Controllers applet?
press the button and check if Windows show the buttons as pressed.

First I thought it was a problem with the usb cable. Yesterday I took apart my steering wheel and removed the pro-race and unplugged all the buttons. In the first test with only a button connected he was recognized on the control panel of windows. But today when I was doing a new test, the problem returned. The button is not being in control panel. Any suggestions? How do I connect a button on the pro-race without the pro-race button adapter.

Thank you.
