Hello.
The warning message should be displayed when:

1) you are in the pit lane
2) your speed is exceeding the limit

So two conditions. But at the moment you can only specify one condition to display an image or text.
so I am afraid you can't do it, sorry

I can not seem to find how it shows a picture when the pit limit indicator is activated
