So i saved it to a different location and copied it into the folder and that worked but after doing the steps I didn't get a log file.

I keep getting "saved failed" "please check to see if another program has this file open" SimDash is closed and the devices are unplugged when i try to save it.

I just plugged them in and no lights, no indicators at all. SimDash recognizes when I start iRacing but when I click on configure for the GI-Max and SPI-D the SPI-D says either the device isn't connected or I need a firmware update. I updated the firmware to the SPI-Dv3 but nothing changed.
My pc sees both the devices but lists them under the category of Unspecified.
