Hey my fellow simracers !

Yesterday I cranked up the simulator and for some reason I got a "Drivers Not Installed" message. The Pro Gauge has worked flawlessly since I received it so of course I was a bit perplexed.

I tried a new USB cable, tried unplugging the board and a different USB port, still the same message. I tried uninstalling the software and re-installing, same message.

For troubleshooting purposes I replaced my new board with an older one I had purchased as a backup from another iRacer (for a future Indy sim build) and it worked fine.  ???

The older board is a bit small than the new one and doesn't have all the jumper slots. They look quite different from each other but seem to work in a similar fashion.

I have sent Cristiano a message to the support email so I will await his advice, but I just thought I might see if anyone might be able to help me here.

Since I have a backup board and it seems to work fine, I'm in no rush. However I would like to see if I can get the new board I purchased back up and running.

Any advice would be helpful  :)

Don

Just joined the forums, I have been using a RevBurner for about six months and decided to go ahead and go for the Pro Gauge so I could complete the Nascar Bill McAnally NAPA Chevy dahsboard. Here is a small vidoe of where we are at in the process :)
