General Discussions / Re: GTP Mod for NR2003 season
« on: August 10, 2016, 04:31:24 pm »
You can also play on Win7, or also Win8.
Must have something to do with some mods... I have also multiple installations (one for each mod), and at the end they are all named with "NR2003.exe", but in different directories.
Only with the stock exe in the stock directory PRO-GAUGE and DLC-247 works.

Best regards,

Martin

Same problem here....
I managed to survive my Pro-Gauge-Settings, but unable to bring my DLC-247 back to life....
Tried to change all serials in my xml-config to the 368 (shown in the DLC-247 tab in SimDash) , but still "Error importing settings".... :(

Can not upload my xml, because forum says the upload-folder is full....  ::) :P

Hey David,
it seems so... I crashed mine also very very fast, so just take a multimeter and check if there's power of 12 volts on the output.

You have  to try, in my opion the lower the number of cylinders, the higher your RPM's should be.

Do you have any switch on the backside, where you can change the number of cylinders from the engine ?

How do you start NR2003 ? Directly or through Logitech Profiler or something like that ??
No-CD-Patch installed ??

Maybe, but do you really want to test 192 LED's then ....? I think this will take some minutes... :)

It need a while for me to unterstand how it works , but this is the way:
If you use Pin 17 for + and Pin 1 for - of the LED , this will be display 1 LED A.
Pin 17 + and Pin 2 - is LED B , Pin 17+ and Pin 3 - is LED C and so on , the last one on this group is LED "DP" , where you have to use Pin 17 for + and Pin 8 for - . :)

I will give you a few examples to understand the other LED groups:

19 + / 1 - is Display 3 LED A
20 + / 3 - is Display 4 LED C

and so on..... :)

Just look here and think about it some minutes....

Hi Eric, late response but maybe helpful for other guys who are interested in....
I tried a relay card like this:
http://www.hobbytronics.co.uk/8-channel-relay-board

Based on the problem that the LED's are multiplexed, you have to add a small capacitor parallel to the LED-output, I use 16V 10uF and it worked fine for me ! :)

Dear vteckz,

as you can see here: https://spreadsheets.google.com/spreadsheet/lv?key=0AuUfvT6L0AhNdHBnODZuWkRIdWhWQjRtUHBYMHN6dmc&hl=en , the oil pressure gauge is not supported in rFactor for data-output in SimDash. Sorry for that !
