Cool thanks this helps a lot. Now I just wish that there was an official app that can function as the gps on an iPad.

no for now i plan on using pro shift to control less for dash.  Maybe later down the line i might add an Arduino program but i was more interested in what you were able to get working for the game.  After some messing around for the dash the only thing i could not get working and/or did not see an option for in simdash or fanaleds was: abs, cruise control, airbag, seat belt, fog/beacon light.  So can you get those with the Arduino controller?  like i said building a custom dash and would like to eliminate what can't work so i have more space for other things like gauges and what not, also have limited space

I have all lights working in my cluster  ;D ;D ;D But i'm using pro-gauge for speed/tacho, etc.... and the lights (leds) with a arduino

cool can you post a list of what you were able to get working?  i am in the process of building a custom dash and just received an used instrument cluster that has all the standard indicators on it.  plan on cutting it up and placing it in a newer cluster

hey guys any way we can get indicator lights to work in euro truck 2, specifically turn signals, headlights high low, parking break, etc etc...?  i thought i had either saw or heard this was possible through sim dash, but now i realize its only good through fanaleds.  right now running version from steam just got it on sale, trying to build a dash, this throws a wrench in my plan sorrta

General Discussions / proshift fanaleds and sim dash help
« on: June 15, 2015, 01:15:33 am »
hey guys just wanted to know for euro truck or any game, if you can run 2 pro shifts at the same time one on fanaleds and the other on simdash.  I ask because neither one has all the indicator lights that I would like to run.  on simdash I cant seem to find high beams or headlights (unless its full beam), cruse control, and on fanaleds I cant get water temp warning.  I figured with the extra leds I can make a nice rev bar, warning flags and other stuff for other games.  I know I may sound crazy but any help would be great!

General Discussions / New and dlc247 help
« on: June 09, 2015, 04:05:28 am »
hey guys

New to sim raceing and been slowly building up my rig the last couple of months becuase of work and whatnot and had a few questions:

1. On the sim data spread sheet what does split time mean, is it just your split time or is it your time from the leader? Also does one of the digits show up as + or -?

2. I want to run 3-4 6 digit displays for lap times, custom shift light array (16leds), and 4 3 digit displays for position, laps, etc. with pin splinters can I run this all on one dlc 247 with pin splitters or do I need 2 dlc 247s?

3.  If I assign a 3 digit display to gear will it go past 9 gears for games like euro truck 2?  If I bought 2 1digit displays can the be linked together to make a 2 digit display for this purpose?

4. What are the values for a shit light array?

I live in the us so power supply is 120v. So far I got a pro gauge with speed, tach, water temp, and fuel level from glowshift, and a pro shift for warning lights, DSd 32 button controller for custom box, and a t300 rs. Plan is to go around and above wheel base with mount not sure if I should put gauges on top or off to the side yet any help would be appreciated.
