no lights on my sim dash and it also says error when exporting a file

im running windows 7, downloaded latest version 10 but i am getting no lights, and errors when i try to save the files so i dont have to keep setting up from car to car.

my pc is 2 months old and very fast and graphics are great.

Anything else i should try?

Hello.
In order to identify what is not working correctly, can you tell me what lights we are talking about?
the LEDs of the Pro-Shift? or Pro-race? or are they connected to the DLC-247 controller?
