Pro Shift switches

With the latest firmware letting us put up to four buttons and use them while in a game, I'm curious about the types of switches that could be attached to it. I tried one of the buttons that comes with SimScreen and works without problems, but how about toggle switches and rotary switches?

I would like to know if that could be possible and how to wire them.

The latest firmware works with push buttons that close the circuit when they are pushed, and open it when they are released.

I am afraid toggle switches or rotary encoder won't work.
