Problem with the " pro race "( other leds ) in rfactor

Hello, I am french and I have some difficulties has to configure the " Pro race " on rFactor.
The "shift Lights" works well but " other LED's " work not at all, I configure " other leds " in to the simDash but they do not work in rfactor (level of fuel, limiteur of speed, lights) would have you a solution?? Thank you very much

I opened my Simdash as administrator(director), it does not still work
I've verified my plugin ( SymProjectsPlugin2 )  in C:/ Progames files/ rFactor / Plugins / . It does not still work
I've uninstalled rfactor, uninstalled SimDash, I've download SimDash, it does not still work
But after uninstal of simdash , it keep my settings in memory ...strange no??
I don't understand why it does not work, none of the "other leds" work
 I'm french but I'm not stupid lol, help me please because There is no french's forum which explains it
