Simscreen problem

Hello

I have a problem with the simscreen. When I plug it in the screen is white not blue and because of this the info on the screen is hardly readable.
What did I do wrong?

Hello.
is the backlight of the display not working?

The backlight should switch on when SimDash starts. When SimDash is not running the backlight is switched off.

Also, on the back of the display there is a potentiometer you use to adjust the contrast and make the screen more readable.
