DLC-247 keeps locking up

I have received and set up my DLC-247 but am having issues.
I open simDash 6 and select my game and all works ok for awhile.
About 10 minutes in the displays just freeze.
If I come out and do anything with SimDash, even try and close it, it just hangs.  My displays are left displaying the data when it locked up.
Even ending the SimDash task and restarting does not fix.

The only was I can fix it is to unplug the USB cable and then re attach... then all will work again for a while.

Any ideas / help please?

How do I get support on this please?
I have emailed and posted here but with no reply.

Product is useless as it stands.
If I don't get some support I will have to issue a claim with Paypal.

I have discussed this matter with Cristiano via email today.

He thinks it may possibly be a new USB driver update from Microsoft or hardware.
Cristiano is kindly sending me a second DLC-247 to try which should tell us if it is a driver issue or not.
