WRC 3 Support?
« on: November 03, 2012, 09:10:45 am »
Is there plans for WRC 3 support? It works with D-box, so I think there is some sort of API.

I will investigate again but I don't think there is any API available for WRC3.

D-box seems to have special agreements and they are able to read the data.
They are also able to read data from other simulators, for which there is no general API available

Hello there,
i guess this is for WRC4 the same as i've read here somewhere ....

but i've an idea... there are tools available, cheating tools, the look into the memory of the applications, and you can search there for particular values, for example the health, or ammuniation amount...

maybe it its possible to see and get the memory page where the values for rpm, speed, etc are ... and maybe we can somehow learn them and read them this way?!  so we wouldn't need an sdk/api to read values from games that doent support this, its a kind of reverse engeeniering but if it works!?
