« on: February 28, 2013, 03:43:02 pm »
hello, I wanted to ask if it was the correct brightness' of the display (1.5 ") the brightness and amplified with the camera. I used dlc-247

   Brightness 2%

         Brightness 100%

Then the milliseconds lap time seem more slowly than this video.I use Rfactor ...sorry for my bad English..i use a google translator

Hello.
The brightness of the display looks ok to me. Do you think there is a problem?

rFactor updates the lap time only twice every second. so what you see in the video is expected.
For that reason when I play rFactor I display the lap time in the form M.ss (minute and seconds. no fractions of second). it looks better.

The game in my video instead, is GTR2.

you could use a 12v power supply instead of the 5V that comes with the DLC-247.
you should get more brightness

No, it should be ok.
The chips on board the DLC-247 are rated to up 17V.

if you only need LEDs you can use the Pro-Shift, that can drive up to 16 LEDs:

http://www.symprojects.com/shop/pro-shift/

if you need more you can consider the DLC-247.
If you get the DLC-247, there is a display that can be connected to it:
