General Discussions / Re: Multi information on a 6 digit display with rotary encoder

Hello.
I am working on it. I didn't add it to v.22 because it is taking some time to complete, but it is in progress.

Regards
Cristiano

Hi Christiano,

have you add it in the Simdash V22?  :)

Questions about specific simulators / Re: Simdash with fm7
« Last post by oli65 on September 23, 2018, 10:56:42 am »
there is an additional input:

If I set in simdash the port to 10001 and in forza 7 also to 10001 then following happens:

1. Start simdash
2. start fm7
--> simdash crashes
restart simdash --> simdash runs but no datas

other way

1. start fm7
2. start simdash
--> simdash runs, but no datas

If I set in fm 7 another portnumber (10002)
1. start simdash
2. start fm7
simdash does not crash.... but also no datas

so it seems to be that forza dont like startprocedure with port 10001 if simdash is running.

Hello.
thank you for letting me know.
at the end of the week I will have an update supporting F1 2018 and the new Forza 7 telemetry. After that I will work on ACC.

General Discussions / Re: Connect swith with integrated led
« Last post by Cristiano on September 18, 2018, 04:45:49 pm »
Hello.
Do you know if the led requires 12V or 5V?

Does it only have 3 pins? if so I am afraid it can't work with the JC-LED with the led working.

without going too much technical, basically:

a pair of pins connect to B1...B32 (one of them) and GND, for the switch button.
the led should connect to S1...S8 (one of them) and D1...D16 (one of them)

so ideally you would like 4 pins: 2 indipendent pins for the led, 2 independent pins for the switch.
if the switch has 3 pins, some pins are shared between the switch and led and make it incompatible.

let me know if you have questions.

Cristiano

Hi Christiano,

how can I connect this switch on a JC led to activ led when I turn on switch?

I should be able to add support for F1 2018 at the end of the week but if somebody wants to test the F1 2018 plugin now, it is here:

Questions about specific simulators / ACC - Early Access telemetry
« Last post by Jantlotus/Dio on September 15, 2018, 08:02:10 am »
As i have understood, the EA of the game have atm a limited telemetry output. From what i have noticed from Simhub they came out with a update the day after EA release and it provides us with SPEED, RPM, GEAR, RPM% and TIRE TEMP.

Is this something you can provide us SIMDash users?
