Anyone have this issue? I tried to update my USB controller driver but still the same. It used to work fine before an OS upgrade/downgrade.
Thanks, Darren

Hello.
sometimes Windows assign the wrong driver to the Pro-Shift or to the DLC-247 controller.
you can easily fix the problem with few clicks.
Follow this instructions:
Open device manager in Windows:
http://windows.microsoft.com/en-gb/windows/open-device-manager#1TC=windows-7
right click the "USB Serial Port (COM1)" device and choose Properties. COM1 could be COM2...or another number
open the Driver tab, click "Update driver",
click "browse my computer for driver software"
click "Let me pick from a list of devices on my computer"
and then choose: "USB Input Device"
this should work, but if you need any help send me an email to
contact@symprojects.com
Regards
