Spek Pro Gauges - Pressure Gauges Status

Hello Cristiano

I've been a long time reader of these forums and own the Rev Burner and recently ordered and received the Pro Gauge Controller. Now I need to decide on what secondary Gauges I want. I currently have a 5" Spek Pro RPM Gauge and would like to get matching gauges to go with it. Now I know that there are documented issues with the pressure gauges from this brand.

My question is, do you know if the issues are something that will be fixed in an up coming version of  SimDash or would require a completely new hardware board,

I've got my heart set on these 3 gauges. If you or anyone could provide any details on there functionality or future functionality that would be great.

Spek Pro - Water Temperature
Spek Pro - Oil Pressure
Spek Pro - Fuel Pressure

I would be willing to order the pressure gauges and simply mount them and await a fix If I knew that there was going to be a software fix or that plans are on the way to figure out what may be wrong with them.

I have been working with Cristiano on the Pro gauge and testing it as I have a full complete set of Spek Pro Gauges. The only gauges that work right now from the Proparts (Spek) brand are the Water Temp and Oil Temp, Speedo and Tach. I know of a couple of people have used the Fuel Qty as well (I have not confirmed it yet). As for the Psi Gauges, They are not working unlike the temp gauges the psi gauges use a 3 wire connection to the sending unit (5 volt reference, Ground and a signal wire) I'm hoping Cristiano and I can figure it out as I have the the gauges and he has the programing and electrical background. I have been meaning to contact him and send him a PSI gauge for him to test with. I'm sure he will come up with something just have to see what his magical mind can do.

I'll stay tuned here as well as I can. For now I'll get the Water Temp Gauge Hooked up and then mount the oil pressure gauge and power it and then wait for a fix.

Thanks for taking the time to read and troubleshoot. Here is a link to the manual as per your request. This is for the Water and Oil Pressure Gauges. I currently have the Oil Pressure Gauge hooked up and powered but the +5VDC Wire is not hooked up as it has no where to go as others have stated. Please let me know what you find. I'm excited to see if we can make these work.

Saber do you have the 12pin or 10pin? I have sent the PDF's of the instructions back when the board was in testing. Hopefully we can get the PSI gauges going soon!!

Sorry about the delayed response, I believe I've got a 12 pin. It was purchased only a couple months ago so I would assume it's the newer gauge with more pins for more functionality. If there is anything else I can provide just let me know.

I'm excited to see if we can get these things working. If so I'll be adding a fuel pressure gauge if compatible.
