Problems with new version

Friends I can not finish installing simdash,
the actual program is installed, but then the errors gives meaning to run NET framework 4.0

I have reinstalled this add-on 2 occasions not get it to work correctly in fact some gadgets that use the same also
ceased to function properly.

according to the installation tool. NET is successful but
apparently does not work.

Any Ideas??

Hello.
If I understand correctly your problem is that your computer refuses to install the .Net Framework 4, or it doesn't install it correctly.

Could you tell me what version of Windows you are using? If you are using Windows XP, double check Service Pack 3 is installed, because it is required.

I would try to install the Framework using the Microsoft's installer, which is available here:

http://www.microsoft.com/downloads/en/details.aspx?FamilyID=0a391abd-25c1-4fc0-919f-b21f31ab88b7&displaylang=en

and then install SImDash.

I'm using Windows 7, x86
I tried downloading the installer, but neither worked
I'll try on another pc

Hello.
I can't find any reason why you shouldn't be able to install .NET Framework 4.

I have found some forums reporting an error message similar to yours and the suggestion was to remove every version of .NET Framework already installed on the machine, for a fresh start.

To uninstall the .NET Frameworks from your machine I have found this tool from Microsoft:

It's kind of an unsupported tool though...
