Pro Shift problem
« on: July 18, 2011, 06:40:38 pm »
Hi, Cristiano, I've receibed the board and I made a dashboard with 10 leds. I configure 2 leds as "speed limiter" and 1 led as "pit request" for all ISI games (rfactor, tc2000, actc) and the leds does not work. It means, the leds are working well when I configure the function but they don´t work in game. Do you know what is the problem? I have Win 7.

Thanks.

Cristiano

Hello.
The problem is not with the Pro Shift but with the code that extracts the data from the games.

The speed limiter and pit request warning lights are only supported by rFactor.
TC2000 and ACTC don't support them.

The support by rFactor is a bit 'experimental', I mean it's not included in the official rFactor SDK.
I will double check that rFactor  works correctly with the speed limiter and pit lights and will report back.

Regards
Cristiano

Hi, don't know if this helps but yes rfactor does support both of those (I have them both currently set up) It didn't work however untill I had version 1255.

Cheers

Hello.
the patch 1.255 is required. it should be written somewhere on the website or in the application.

I have a license for TC2000 and I will investigate if I can make the lights work with this game too.

Regards
Cristiano

Hi
Im having the same problem with Assetto Corsa but its still in beta so hopefully it will get sorted at some point. The only difference is all the leds flash at max revs rather than the 2 blue leds but i like it lol.

Soon I am going to check if there is a problem with Assetto Corsa.

It could be that something changed with the game
