Hello.
Sorry I can't write in French.

The only thing you has to do is to connect the SPI-D display to the computer, suing a mini usb cable.

Then you have to download SimDash and installed it. Based on the simulator you play there may be some extra configuration steps to configure SimDash or the simulator.

Here:

http://www.symprojects.com/installing-the-software/

you will find instructions for the configuration of every supported simulator.

If you tell me what you play with, I can give you more details.

Regards
Cristiano

Hello Cristiano ;D

Thank you for the quick response .. the race for the game 07

With Race07 you have to edit the file PlayerName.plr, where PlayerName is the name of your player in Race07.

Let's suppose the name of your player in Race07 is xtremdriver

The path of the file to edit could be something like:

C:\Program Files (x86)\Race07\xtremdriver\xtremdriver.plr

The first part of the path could be a bit different.

Now open the file with notepad or an another editor.

Find the line:

Write Shared Memory="0"

and change it to:

Write Shared Memory="1"

Save and close the file.

Now Race07 is configured.
If you connect the display, start SimDash and Race07 you should have the speed displayed on the display.

There are some settings for the display you can change in SimDash. All you have to do is to open the configuration screen of the SPI-D plugin in SimDash.

Regards
Cristiano

Disinstall SimDash and install it again launching Setup.exe, not Install.msi

Does it help?

Hello.
Do you mean how to make the SPI-D work with rFactor?

Is so, you have to open the rFactor plugin configuration screen in SimDash and select the folder where rFactor is installed.

Also, be sure to have the latest rFactor patch installed (1.255)

This page:

http://www.symprojects.com/installing-the-software/

contains the instructions for every simulator and also some pictures.

regards
Cristiano
