Ok, found the problem. My head wasn't working.

@100km/h, the speedo needs 169800 PPM!

So, with this, I can conclude that, RevBurner won't drive my speedo. Ever.

Right? =(

you are right.
On another thread of the forum I posted a test version of SimDash that is able to output around 70K PPM, instead of 35K.

but it is still far from what you need I am afraid.

I think it could work.

The input pin of the circuit take 5V, so you have to connect it to pin I indicated previously with the arrow in the picture...
you also have to link the grounds together. the ground of the rev burner is the central pin of the big 3 wire terminal on the board. the ground in your circuit is the 0V of course.
