Hello.
You need two rev burners, one for the tachometer and one for the speedometer, which must be electronic.
You also need a 12V power supply. you look for a 2A or 3A power supply.

You might want search the foru, because some model of dashboard have already been used and maybe you can find some information about the wiring which is the hardest part of the project.
