help with Pro Shift, GI Max,SPI-D

Hi,
I need help to run the mentioned equipment. All devices are connected and if I use the Sim Dash Instruments for configuration all lights are gong on. So it seams to be correctly connected. But what I have to do than? If I made some settings and pushed enter, after starting of every game nothing happens. I saw the different settings in the documentation. There must be an another reason for this situation. Please be so kind and give me some support.

take rFactor for example.
Have you configured the rFactor plugin in SimDash?

To test if the data is flowing correctly from the simulator to SimDash, you can start SimDash and open "view data" form (select menu View and then Data).

when the simulator is running and everything is configured correctly, the "view data" form will display speed, rpm as so on.

if you are using xsim, there are some games that you won't be able to use out of the box. for example the Codemaster's titles won't work with xsim and SimDash at the same time. that's because they send telemetry data to a network port and sucu port can be used by either SimDash or xsim, but not both.

You will need a data proxy, like this one:

which receives the data from the simulator and the forward the data packet to the clients (xsim and SimDash).

but for the moment I would stay focused on rfactor and make it work.

ok. I try to fix rfactor at first with your help. Thanks for that!
If I start Simdash and rfactor as well and push view data, the sim stops and  can`t se any data in SimDash. If I use the simulator folder and push configure I get the message rfactor plugin not configurated. What should I do at first.

At the moment it is only possible to run GI Max and so on if the game Pc is connected. If I use two PC's, the game data seams not to be transfer via SimDash to the devices.
Could somebody advise what I could do now.

what do you mean with "if the game pc is connected"?

SimDash should be running on the pc where the game is running and the devices connector to the same computer.

what devices are you using anyway? because for some of them there are the native plugins for xsim available.

it means you don't have to run SimDash but xsim driver the displays.

Unfortunately two blue LED's are not functioned.

But if you play rFactor and configure the rFactor plugin in SimDash (you have to select the rFactor installation folder), does it work the xsim profiler is running.

because some simulators won't work with both xsim and simdash out of the box (for example dirt 2/3 or F1 2010/2011)

But rFacotr should be ok.

I have problems if both PC's are running without using of xsim. I try to use xsim at the same time of SimDash maybe there is a better result. I will post it.
