help with bootloader

hi all im new to symprojects....trying to get my rev burner up and running... im trying to get the firmware installed and the bootloader will not load up... the exe file seems fine but i get a windows warning the application configuration is incorect.....please help

do you get the warning window when you start the bootloader application?

Can you send a screenshot of the warning please?
