Hello.
if you check this page you will see that some controllers (like the rev burner or the gi max) are supported by x-sim. BasicaLLY there is a plugin specifically designed for xsim to download and copy in the s-sim folder.

Unfortunately the x-sim plugin for the Pro Shift is not ready yet. I am working on it but it is taking more time that expected.

Hi Cristiano,
many thanks for information. I follow the instruction on your side and use the different plugins but not successful. Is it necessary to copy simdash as well on th PC?
It would be great to have a plugin for pro shift in the nearest future.

Cheers Chris

if you use the plugins for X-Sim you don't use to install SimDash at all.

What plugin are you using in particular?
If F1 2011 configured correctly in x-sim? does the simulator move?

I don't remember if you can export your configuration with xsim, but if it was possible I could try to load your configuration on my computer and see if there is something wrong.

Ok, I use SPI D, and GI Max and at least Pro Shift if available.
I installed the GI Max plugin at first in the described way. I can see the Plugin in the xsim interface. The movements of the sim are working fine. I can adjust the brightness of GI MAX in xsim. But when I start the game nothing happens with GI MAX.
Probably there is a problem with the PC's. I use two PC's, one for the profiler and plugins and the other for the xsim sender with the Game.
I have to check my system if there is a possibility to send you the xsim configuration. I am not sure.

I think it should work, even if x-sim is running on a different PC. x-sim receives the data because the simulator moves. the gi max prugin is working because you can set the brightness, so it should be a problem with the configuration.

For GI Max for example, this is the page with the instructions:

http://www.symprojects.com/gimax-plugin-for-x-sim/

you can see in the second picture that there are two numbers in the red circles. can you double check the value is 2147483647 and not 21474836? because the number is bigger than the textbox part of it is hidden. it is a common mistake people type only 21474836 and not the whole value.

thanks
Cristiano

the only way is to disconnect the LEDs from the wheel's pcb and phisically connect them to the pro shift. I wouldn't do anything like that
