I just started to modify but i haven't finished... i think the problem is with anti-aliased images...

here is the download link  https://www.dropbox.com/s/iasiiug879etusy/acura.rar

Hello.
I checked the files.
the problem is that the Acura logo is using the grey color in some points. With the SimScreen you can only use the white color. anything else is like it was black.
so I think you have to design the anti-aliasing when you create the logo.

regarding your question regarding the displays: if you want to use colors in your design, you need to use the Sim Monitorapplication.
Sim Monitor is a Windows application that runs on a secondary monitor. the secondary monitor can be a simple small VGA monitor.

They are easy to find, even on Ebay, and don't cost a lot. for example, have a look at these:

Hi Cristiano,
Thanks about the reply and the help very useful.

I think i have found a problem with the Sim Monitor regarding the gif, I'm testing this program it with my tablet connected via usb cable.
I Have Created a gif for the RPM like the real used in the Motec "cdl3/sdl3,
When the RPM goes up it's all ok but after, when the RPM go down, the gif remain up..
The same gif with SimScreen works perfectly....

ps. I have made a short video (before discovering this problem)

hi.
can you show me where the gif is exactly in the video please?
better, can you send me the .lcd file and the .gif you have used?

Can I ask what app you have used in the tablet to make it work as a secondary monitor?

thanks

I'm at work now... this evening when i return home i send you all the files...
but i think i have found the problem... the only 2 differences between the rpm bar of simscreen and the rpm bar of the sim monitor is the background and the resolution...

The SimScreen Rpm Bar has black background and the Sim Monitor rpm bar has a transparent background....

If I set the background on the Sim Monitor rpm bar all works well...

Can I ask what app you have used in the tablet to make it work as a secondary monitor?
for connecting my tablet i use the iDisplay app but for use it with usb i need to change the driver as explained in this thread http://forum.xda-developers.com/showthread.php?t=1161769

edit. this guide works for some android tablet/smartphone...

Regards
Mirco

hello i need informations :
1- can i make the needle move with the correct speed with a non proportional speedometer ? i did non found solution

exemple on this one : as you can see it goes from 20-20 kmh to 100 and goes 30-30 km/h after 100
if i set limit from 0 to 310  and 10 ticks the needle will be false because its proportional

2- fuel % doesn't work with rfactor or gtl, when i look at "data" on simdash it remain à 0%.
any idea?

3- what are tikcks made for?
