Depo Gauges

Received everything and am excited to put it all together...
The Tach was easy with your guide but I am confused on the oil and water, Lots of wires and
I am not sure what is signal.  
Any help would be awesome.

Hi, I am running a similar setup on mine using AutoGauge gauges which are just rebranded Depo gauges as far as I can tell.

With mine I just wired them straight up, white wire to S1-6 and black to ground. But I see in the shop section it says you need a signal adapters and capacitor.

Maybe Cristiano can clarify why you need to extra capacitor etc.

Here you can see that the back of my AutoGauge Tacho is exactly the same as your Depo so they should be the same to wire up.

Hello.
did you receive the instructions with the gauges?
usually there is something that tells you what each wire is used for.

You can also have a look at the DEPO racing gauges that there are on the website.
maybe you are using the same or they are similar.
for each gauge I explain how to connect it to the Pro-Gauge.

Yes they are all Depo except the volt meter
I just threw that in for looks but it will be reading off a 12V power supply

For the Oil temp:
What capacitor is that? I need to go buy one :/

Everything went well, thanks to all that helped.

1 more question, The Tach needle bounces around and doesnt quite match
what iracing is showing.
Any suggestions?

What does everyone do to kill power when your away?

Nice setup.

As I said in my other post, wire a switch in to the ignition +12v of you gauges. This will allow you to turn the gauges on and off but still keep the board powered on. Make sure you wire the permanent +12v directly to the gauges and run the ignition +12v through the switch.

Here is a video of my rig, you can see me flick the flip switch to turn my gauges on.

Very nice set up BTW

what do you mean the needle bounces?

if it doesn't match the RPM displayed by IRacing, maybe you have to calibrate the tachometer better, in SimDash, in the Pro-Gauge configuration screen.

It is fine now, I restarted everything and it has been perfect since.

Yes perfectly. Follow the guide exactly and you will have no issues.
