DLC247 and ProShift Failure?

I have 2 proshift boards and 1 DLC board. My question is: when i am in the configuration screen of each board, are the lights supposed to light up? SimDash sees all the boards but nothing lights up in any of the configuration screens. I configure everything but nothing works in the sim(iRacing only). The boards were working and i thought that everything lit up while configuring it the last time i did it. I have another DLC that was in the same dash. That one isn't reconized. I have quite an investment on these things. Like i said. They are all recognized by the computer and simdash ver5 . Any help would be great!!!!!

Hello.
the LEDs connected to the Pro-Shift automatically light up when you open the Pro-Shift configuration screen in SimDash.
you don't have to do anything and the LEDs light up.

With the DLC-247 instead, when you open the DLC-247 configuration screen the LDEs and displays that are connected stay switched off.
you have to press the TEST buttons on the right-hand side of the configuration screen to switch the LEDs and displays ON, for testing them.

what have you connected to the Pro-Shift and DLC-247 at the moment?
is it possible that the connected LEDs and displays are connected wrong?
for example, with the Pro-Shift, there is a correct way to connect  the LEDs. if you connect them the other way round they won't work.

Nothing lights up in the configuration screen and i will triple check that i have them in the right way. Same with the DLC. i have 2- 3 digit displays currently connected and when clicking the 24 test buttons, i cant get anything to light up. And its both pro shifts. Neither light up. I will check all connections again. That is why i asked about the USB cables. I thought maybe they were the problem.

thank you for investigating.
I asked you to double check because I think it is quite unlikely that of 3 boards none works.
However, if after you have done your tests the boards still don't work, please send me an email here:   contact@symprojects.com

and I will arrange replacements.
