VT Dash Temp Gauge not working
« on: September 06, 2014, 03:59:56 pm »
Hey guys I'm currently using a VT Commodore Dash Cluster and the Symprojects ProGauge to control my Tacho, Speedo & Fuel Gauge.
The problem I am having is getting the temperature gauge to work, the fuel gauge has its own signal wire the temp does not.

Looking at this pic those 3 silver blocks going top down control the temp gauge, exactly same for fuel gauge.
Usually the bottom will be around 4.6v, middle about 0.2v and the top 0.02v
From testing the fuel gauge the voltage goes from the bottom to the top block as the gauge rises, or other way round when gauge goes down.

I have tried hooking up to the middle block thinking it might be the signal one but nothing happened.
If anyone can help would be much appreciated, if you need more info let me know.

Cheers
