Hello there,

Is there an up to date firmware for Pro-Race. I have sim-dash 6 installed but whenever i try to connect to Assetto Corsa, Project Cars or even trusty old Race Injection the pro race section of sim dash just flashes between Connected, (green ) and Firmware (orange). Ive searched the site and only found one reference to Pro-Race firmware but trying that it still doesnt work..

Hoping someone can help...

Well tried a few things you suggested and hey presto the RPm led's work like a dream, the static warning indicators however still refuse to switch on.
( Red Flag - Yellow Flag - Limiter - Low Fuel )

Maybe some more time pokin and hopin will help...

Any further suggestions are more than welcome..

Thanks

Pete

Greetings all,

This weekend ive been working on my newly delivered DLC-247 board. Speed and Gear Position works perfectly and im impressed.
The LED side of things hasn't gone so well and im not sure what the problem is. Ive connected the LED'S as described in the config document and they seem to work ok using the SimDash config test button. However in Race07 or Rfactor they refuse to work. The first 8 are connected to connector c pins 1-8 the second 5 are connected to pins 9-13. Both sets share a common onto pin 20. Ill attach the xml file if it helps.

Anyone any ideas why they wont display in game ??  ???

Mucho thanks..

Pete

Hello all, I seem to have an interesting problem with SimDash/SimScreen crashing. Whenever i try to start the program (1.3.6 or 1.3.5) the windows error sign pops up. Im awaiting delivery of my new DLC so i need to get SimDash working again. Ive done a windows update and flashed the firmware of a pro-shift i have but still not able to access either program.

Any ideas folks ????

THanks Pete

as it turns out ive managed to blow 4 green, 1 red and one yellow led. My advice.... make sure you order the proper jumper leads at the same time you order the Pro Shift. It makes life so much easier..

Cheers guys

Pete

Even with a condition that is either on or off and the light brightness at 25% the leds seem to be blowing!!!!
Ill wait for the jumper cables before moaning some more...

Recieved my pro shift and leds today, i couldnt wait for the jumper cables so i soldered tails onto the leds myself.
The problem i have is that any led connected and configured through sim dash ( limiter for example ) gives one brief flash the nothing.
I can only assume the voltage is incorrect but i thought the leds supplied should be  "plug n play".

Have i done something wrong or have i been unlucky and recieved a dodgy batch

Any advice/help is most welcome......
