While looking into the new DLC-247 controller, I came across some oddities with Live For Speed data handling.
As I don't have a DLC-247 yet, I used a Pro Shift to gather some information, and noticed the Turbo Pressure cannot be set to a non integer value. The only sim with turbo pressure output is LFS, and I know the road cars top out at 0.83 bar, while the race tuned cars hit 1.76 bar.
The closest values I can currently select are 1 or 2, so making a bar graph/gauge or even a single maximum pressure indicator is impossible.
The data view in simdash also has a minimum of 0 bar, while all turbo charged cars in LFS produce a 1 bar vacuum (I.E. -1.00 bar boost pressure).
The fuel value is also odd, rather then displaying a percentage and liters/gallons, the data view displays the raw outgauge value (I.E. 15 liters is displayed as 1500,00 in place of a percentage).
The outgauge data can be rounded to display liters(and gallons by conversion), while a percentage can be displayed if you use the known maximum fuel level known for each car in LFS(this is displayed in the pit menu in the "info" tab).
I'd also like to know whether the decimal points of the prebuilt DLC-247 displays are connected. This would be necessary to correctly display fuel level, pressure and temperature values.
