The Pro Shift is a compact, powerful, and easy-to-use LED controller designed to bring critical data to your line of sight. Capable of driving up to 16 individually configurable LEDs, it delivers instant visual feedback exactly when you need it most.

With a slim footprint of just 74 mm × 33 mm, Pro Shift fits effortlessly into any setup. It is powered directly via USB, eliminating the need for an external power supply and keeping your installation clean and simple.

Each LED can be precisely configured to react when its assigned data value goes above, below, or reaches a defined threshold. Pro Shift supports a wide range of data sources, including engine parameters such as RPM, speed, oil temperature, fuel level, and turbo pressure, as well as tyre data like temperature, pressure, wear, and brake temperature. Additional indicators cover essential functions including turn signals, headlights, battery status, oil warnings, and handbrake alerts.

For maximum visibility, every LED supports three selectable blinking speeds, allowing you to highlight critical conditions instantly. LEDs can flash whenever they are active—ideal for high-impact shift lights—or blink dynamically based on severity.

For example, a fuel warning LED can illuminate below 15 litres, blink slowly below 12 litres, and flash rapidly when fuel drops below 5 litres.

Pro Shift turns raw telemetry into clear, intuitive visual signals—so you stay focused on driving, not dashboards.

Note that not every data item is available with every simulator.  The spreadsheet below contains a list of data items that can be used with every game.

Typical Uses for Pro Shift

The Pro Shift opens up a wide range of possibilities for enhancing your cockpit with clear, high-impact visual feedback. Common applications include:

• Warning and status lights for critical systems such as traction control, pit request, handbrake, turn indicators, low fuel, high engine temperature, and neutral gear.

• LED rev counters, using an array of LEDs to create a clear and progressive RPM display.

• Dedicated shift lights, using one or more LEDs. For maximum impact, we recommend blue LEDs configured to blink at the highest speed, as demonstrated in the video below.

• LED bar displays for real-time monitoring of fuel level, water temperature, or oil pressure.

• Race flag indicators, displaying blue, yellow, or red flags directly through LEDs for instant awareness.

16 LEDs are included with the Pro Shift. Unless you choose otherwise, you will receive:

• 4 red LEDs
• 4 yellows
• 4 greens
• 4 blues.

No external resistors are required because the Pro Shift takes care of limiting the current to the LEDs to the value set in the configuration screen. When the brightness is set to 100% the LEDs receive a 20mA current.

Please note: Two header pins (or pads) are dedicated to each LED: one for the positive terminal and one for the negative terminal. The positive terminal of the LED is the longer lead.

If you need more than 16 LEDs, more Pro Shift controllers can be connected at the same time.
