Manually configure the WRC 2023 plugin

In order to manually configure the WRC 2023 plugin in SimDash, there are two files that must be copied.

File C:\Program Files (x86)\SymProjects\SimDash.51.0.0\WRC2023\config.json to  be copied in the folder:

Documents\My Games\WRC\telemetry

The second file is C:\Program Files (x86)\SymProjects\SimDash.51.0.0\WRC2023\telemetry\UDP\wrc_simdash.json, that must be copied in the following folder:

Document\My Games\WRC\telemetry\udp
